登山如何穿著？
一、頭部
✔️遮陽帽：高山不論晴天或陰天，紫外線都特別強烈，所以建議可以戴著遮陽帽避免臉部曬傷。
✔️保暖帽：在山上低溫環境下，頭部保暖被視為相當重要，若頭部吹風受寒，就可能引起頭痛、高山反應影響後續行程，而頭部保暖包覆的重點在於兩側太陽穴及後腦勺。
✔️頭巾(脖圍)：頭巾也稱作脖圍，有多種包覆用法，主要用來當吸汗頭帶、頭部/頸部保暖、面部防曬等。
✔️太陽眼鏡：山上的大太陽特別刺眼，享受出大景的同時也可以準備太陽眼鏡保護眼睛。
二、上半身，採洋蔥式穿法
✔️第一層 吸濕排汗衣(最裡層)：運動會使身體大量流汗，要穿著有吸汗且迅速排乾效果的上衣，以盡量保持身體乾燥。
✔️第二層 保暖衣物(中層)：可選擇一種確實有效達到保暖作用的衣物，通常抵達營地或山屋才會穿上，例如羽絨外套、化纖外套、刷毛外套等。
✔️第三層 防風防水外套(最外層)：要避免颳風下雨時淋濕了身體，所造成的風寒效應、水寒效應，進而導致失溫。
*風寒效應：在原本低溫環境下，暴露在外的皮膚受到風的吹拂把身體熱量帶走，而覺得更冷。
*水寒效應：在原本低溫環境下，濕掉的身體熱量流失的速度會比乾燥的身體熱量流失快25倍。
這三層搭配的方式可以有：［單穿裡層］ or ［裡層+中層］ or ［裡層+外層］or ［只穿外層，咦？變態得斯？］
但以上三層都要帶，缺一不可！
新手朋友容易犯的錯誤觀念??♂️：
1.：「可是現在是夏天，山上很熱！我應該不用帶保暖外套吧？?」
2.：「我看天氣很好欸，不會下雨啦！」
別被白天的大太陽給騙了，到了晚上甚至傍晚，太陽下山後氣溫是驟降，沒帶保暖外套可是會後悔的唷～
山上的天氣變化莫測，氣象預報也不一定百分之百準確，唯有做好準備才能應付各種天氣變化～
⚠️僥倖心態引起失溫可就麻煩囉！
三、下半身
✔️登山褲：功能有透氣、快乾、彈性、耐磨、防潑水、保暖等作用，不同功能類型的登山褲可以用來應付不同的登山環境，至於要穿長褲還是短褲？?就依照要去的登山路線環境決定，例如低海拔且路徑寬敞好走的登山步道，就可以穿短褲；若是路徑狹窄、需穿越茂密植被，就建議穿著長褲以保護腿不被刮傷，但避免穿著牛仔褲、棉褲等不具登山機能作用的褲子。
✔️壓力褲：功能有促進血液循環、穩定肌群、增加肌肉支撐、緩和肌肉痠痛、輕度保暖等作用。
✔️雨褲：下雨時，搭配防水外套穿著，這樣的組合即所謂「兩截式雨衣褲」，雨衣、雨褲是分開的，這樣才容易應付登山時所需要的攀爬、抬腳、伸手等動作，避免使用小飛俠形式的雨衣、輕便雨衣等，很容易被樹木勾到發生危險。
四、腳部
✔️登山襪：較一般襪子不同的是，登山襪可以讓腳在長時間行走下更舒適，也減少摩擦、防止起水泡、腳部體溫流失等。
✔️登山鞋：有防水、止滑、保護腳踝、足弓支撐等功能，用來應付長時間行走及各種地形變化，可以視為最重要的裝備之一，在預算有限的情況下，建議將挑選一雙合適的登山鞋做為優先考量，畢竟上山、下山都要靠這雙腳移動，別讓腳受傷了呀！
